Explanation
 Because 10-15% of output has decreased it at the GTG co-generation in the summer, I use surplus steam of the summer
 The system which maintains the output by doing it, and preparing cold water, and cooling combustion air of GTG.
 It can make up for electricity shortage of the summer and contributes to energy saving and global warming.
